Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Matt’s RV Products, LLC (dba Liquified RV Toilet Treatment) Affiliate Program (“Program”). By applying for, being accepted into, or participating in the Program, you (“Affiliate,” “you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not participate.

1) Enrollment & Eligibility

• Application. Apply through our designated platform. We review for brand fit, audience quality, and compliance history.

• Approval/Denial. We may approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. Participation may be revoked at any time.

• Minimum Age. You must be 18+ and legally able to enter into a binding contract.

2) Program Basics

• Commission Rate. Standard commission is 10% of the net price paid by the customer for a Qualified Purchase (see §6).

• Cookie Window. 90 days of last-click attribution.

• Affiliate Coupon. You’ll receive a unique 15% off code to share with your audience. See §7 for coupon rules.

• Tools. We provide trackable links, product images, banners, and periodic promo assets.

• Independent Contractor. You are an independent contractor, not an employee, partner, or agent of Liquified RV.

3) Compliance & Disclosures

• FTC Disclosures. You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship whenever you share links or codes (e.g., “As an affiliate, I may earn from qualifying purchases.”).

• Email & Messaging Laws. If you email your audience, you must comply with CAN-SPAM/CASL or applicable anti-spam laws.

• Platform Policies. Obey all rules of the platforms you use (YouTube, Facebook groups/pages, blogs, podcasts, newsletters, forums, etc.).

• Privacy. Comply with all applicable privacy laws (e.g., CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, where relevant). See our Affiliate Privacy Policy for details on tracking and data processing.

4) Creative Use & Brand Guidelines

• Approved Assets. Use only the logos, images, and copy we provide or pre-approve.

• No Modification. Don’t alter our trademarks or assets without written consent.

• Brand Safety. Do not place Liquified content on sites/apps that are unlawful, hateful, violent, adult, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

5) Prohibited Conduct (Highlights)

To protect the brand and program integrity, the following are not allowed:

Paid Search & Ads

• No bidding on Liquified trademarks or close variations (e.g., “Liquified,” “Liquified RV,” misspellings).

• No “direct-linking” paid ads to our domain.

• No using our brand terms in ad display URLs, ad copy, or as negative-matched competitor conquesting.

• Add our brand terms as negative keywords in your campaigns.

Coupons & Deals

• No posting our affiliate-only codes on coupon/deal sites or extensions without express written approval.

• No creating your “own” coupon codes that imply they are official Liquified offers.

• No misleading “click to reveal code” tactics.

Misrepresentation & Spam

• No pretending to be Liquified (or customer support).

• No false claims, fake reviews, or undisclosed incentivized reviews.

• No spam emailing, comment spam, or bot traffic.

• No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, adware, toolbars, or hidden iframes.

Domains & Handles

• No domains, subdomains, or social handles that include Liquified trademarks or misspellings.

• No framing, scraping, or cloning oof ur website.

Self-Dealing

• No self-purchases, bulk orders for resale, or orders made primarily to generate commissions.

Violations may result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions (§11).

6) Qualified Purchases & Exclusions

A Qualified Purchase is a purchase by a new or returning customer who:

1. arrives via your valid affiliate link,

2. completes purchase within the 90-day cookie window, and

3. is not canceled, refunded, charged back, or flagged as fraudulent.

Exclusions (non-commissionable) include (without limitation):

• Orders canceled/refunded/charged back;

• Fraudulent, duplicate, or testing orders;

• Purchases attributed to other channels/platforms after your click (last-click attribution applies);

• Government, wholesale, internal employee, or bulk orders for resale;

• Shipping, taxes, gift cards, or non-eligible items if designated.

We determine, in our sole discretion, whether any sale is a Qualified Purchase.

7) Coupon & Attribution Rules

• Your 15% Code. Use your unique code in the content you create. Don’t list it on coupon marketplaces without written approval.

• Stacking. Unless we say otherwise, codes cannot be stacked with other offers.

• Attribution. We use last-click attribution within a 90-day cookie. If another marketing channel (e.g., a different affiliate or paid search) receives the last click, their channel receives credit.

• Leakage. If your code appears on coupon/deal sites or unauthorized extensions, we may invalidate those orders for commission.

8) Commission Calculation & Payouts

• Commission Rate. 10% of net merchandise total (after discounts; excluding shipping, taxes, and fees).

• Reversals. Returns, cancellations, and chargebacks are deducted from future payouts.

• Payment Schedule. Payments will be issued within 30 days after the end of each calendar month, provided the Affiliate has met the $50 minimum balance and submitted valid tax forms.

• Payment Method. Unified Payments - you’re responsible for accurate payout details and for any payment fees.

• Tax Forms. You must provide required tax documentation (e.g., W-9/W-8BEN) to receive payments.

9) Program Changes

We may update products, promotions, assets, commission rates, or these Terms at any time. We’ll post changes here and/or notify you through the platform. Continued participation after changes means you accept the updates.

10) Confidentiality & Data

• Treat non-public program information (rates, dashboards, communications) as confidential.

• You may use approved performance stats in your media kit only if they are accurate and don’t mislead.

• Data use is governed by our Privacy Policy and Affiliate Privacy Policy.

11) Term & Termination

• At-Will. Either party may terminate participation at any time for any reason, with or without notice.

• Cause. We may terminate immediately for a breach of these Terms or for program abuse.

• Effect. Upon termination, you must remove Liquified links/assets. Commissions on orders placed before termination and still eligible will be paid on the next cycle (subject to reversals). Breach may forfeit unpaid commissions.

12) Intellectual Property

Liquified retains all rights in its trademarks, logos, and content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved assets solely to participate in the Program, subject to these Terms. 

13) Representations & Liability

• You represent and warrant that your content is lawful, accurate, and non-infringing.

• No Warranties. The Program is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law.

• Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Liquified is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

14) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, excluding its conflict rules. Venue and jurisdiction shall lie in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
